I may have spoken a little soon. My voice is still going back and forth today at work. I'm not lecturing much today. I'm having them work on Mesopotamia in little groups. Still gagging and coughing my lungs out.
Or boil some water in a large pan, add a drop or two of eucalyptus essential oils, then take the pan off heat, drape a large terrycloth towel over your head and over the steaming pan. Breathe in the steam. Voila!

I stand by my comments. I expect you to do likewise.

ReplyDeleteWhen I had colds up north, I used to do Bette at the bars, ...in between drinking cough syrup.
Herbal tea is the best decongestant.
