Election Day Tomorrow

Here in New York, the apathy is so thick you can cut it with a knife. Mayor Mike will get his money's worth and get that third term. The population has gone wild with resignation and indifference. I suspect that it's not much different elsewhere.

Public apathy is the oligarch's best friend.

  1. You can be sure I'll be voting tomorrow in Maine. No on Question 1.

  2. I don't believe there is any contest on our ballot. This isn't unusual here which is why I rarely vote in off year elections.

  3. If I was a Maine voter, I'd be feeling very different right now.

I hope all goes well there tomorrow.

  4. I'm quite anxious about the vote. It will be very close. Some of the pundits are saying that the college vote will be crucial. I do hope the young people get out and vote too.

Trying to picture that and I can't do it. The image eludes me.

I pray all goes well in Maine.
