Libertarians often speak about societal "parasites," yet the very attitude you are talking about here shows why they are the parasites.
They want all the wealth, comfort and opportunities provided by a pluralistic, diverse society and it's purchase power and workforce, but wish to give nothing themselves in order to contribute to the well-being of that society!
It's summed up in a conversation I had with a libertarian who said that trickle-down "works" because the man with a mansion hires someone to build his yacht and maintain his property. "So," I asked, "You believe that his living in luxury is somehow justified by his contributing as little as possible to another's just surviving?"
There was some waffling, so I asked, "And, you'd be in favor of eliminating the minimum wage?"
"Yes, of course."
"So, now, you'd allow this person who absorbs and hoards more resources than those around him to give as little as he feels he should in return?"
"Well, he'd know that he got there because of others and would give accordingly."

I stand by my comments. I expect you to do likewise.

"Do you believe that?"
"Well, of course . . . "
"Would you?"
Aaand we change subject.
Parasites, pure and simple.
