Crows are Probably Smarter Than You

Scientists think these birds are among the smartest creatures other than people, perhaps as smart as chimps.

I had a pet crow when I was a boy. His name was Claudius, and he was smarter than all the dogs in the neighborhood, and smarter than most of the neighbors.

Anonymous said...: So. Is that why they showed up in large flocks last year when +Gene came here to ordain his best deacon to Priesthood? It was REALLY scary. They were all over the place, church and rectory (two miles away). Someone told me at the time that flocks of crows are "good luck" in China. I took comfort in that. You go, Doug!
