I've been following the news with a passion on NPR and PBS news. I am thankful for how this whole 18 day event unfolded and that the people truly embodied the non-violent approach to their protesting. When violence broke out that kept the movement strong by their willingness to hold to those precepts.

I pray for blessings and prayers for a solid and democratic life ahead for this country and it's strong people.

Indeed, I was very surprised and impressed when the protesters refused to be baited by the pro-Mubarak thugs.
