From the Office of Inexplicable Obsessions
At last I found it, the original David Rose version of Holiday for Strings, that legendary masterpiece of 1950s Happy Shopping Experience music! Attention shoppers...
Here's something to go with the music. I never knew International Harvester made refrigerators.
Some of you may still prefer the Spike Jones version.
Wow, even though I grew up in the 1950s, I also did not know that International Harvester made refrigerators, let alone gay ones. How did they manage not to take over the market entirely, with their Color-Keyed door handles and their femineering?! They were way ahead of the game. Maybe too far ahead.
